Studio Calendar and Closings

  • You’ll receive a full calendar and handbook at your first class.

  • If Henrietta Schools close for bad weather, the studio will close too.

  • If schools dismiss early or cancel after-school activities due to weather, we’ll also close. Don’t worry—we’ll email all dance families to let you know.

  • Sometimes schools stay open, but if we feel it’s safest to cancel classes, we will. Safety always comes first!

  • The studio follows Henrietta’s holiday schedule and will also be closed on Halloween so our dancers can enjoy trick-or-treating.

  • On Superintendent’s Days and parent-teacher conference days, we’ll stay open unless the date falls on a holiday.

  • Please note: we do not schedule make-up classes for weather closures, vacations, or absences due to illness.

  • If the studio ever needs to close for Covid (or similar situations), classes will continue on Zoom at their regular times until we can reopen.
